We believe in scope and depth. Stephen DeNardo and George Yerrall bring a combined fifty-five years of national markets experience to bear on behalf of RiverOak investors. The Operating Principals have acquired, managed, underwritten, developed or provided capital with respect to over 320 million square feet of private real estate investing across the U.S., with expertise in medical, office, retail, residential and other sectors.

We believe in communication. Institutional investors typically have scant time to chase down information. Accordingly, RiverOak adheres to a policy of proactive communication via regularly scheduled asset update reports, continuous access to fund/project data via password protected online access and an in-person accessibility to principals/co-investors whose objectives are aligned squarely with those of their investors.
