partners, developers and/or
sponsors who run the project on
a day-to-day basis.
Partners and project sponsors
are as integral to the success
of an investment as the specific
nature of the project itself. RiverOak is attracted
to projects whose sponsors have
a demonstrable track record, a
reputation for integrity and the
energy to meet the challenges
that arise in the course of a
typical real estate
transaction.
RiverOak will invest between
$2,000,000 and $6,000,000 in any
single transaction and we look
to earn returns between 20-30 %
on an IRR basis depending on the
risk profile of the given
transaction.
